We began our full time travel adventure upon retirement, over 7 years ago. Our home & pet sitting journey began gradually — originally through friends and word of mouth connections — then to morph into a nomadic combination of travel and home & pet sitting. We now use several online sitting platforms to make connections and frequently combine travel with sitting. Between us, we can communicate functionally in simple Spanish and French, as well as fluent English. The win-win nature of these arrangements is perfect! We’ve had the privilege of caring for and getting to know many beautiful pets, as well as having made strong ongoing friendships with their owners.
